What a weekend!

Its been pretty busy in the Ellsmore household lately. Last weekend I attended Lacey's Bachlorette party in Napa, which was so much fun. A much needed weekend away from the family. It was great seeing old friends since I haven't seen them in almost 6 months. Wine tasting was great and yes you don't drink much but I had a buzz. Even after eating tons of crackers, cheese, carrots, and hummus. Thanks Jen for getting goat cheese, that stuff was the bomb! And for someone that doesn't drink much anymore, the wine got to me. By the way the salsa at the restuarant we went to in Sonoma was awesome! I couldn't stop eating it! Going out Saturday night was fun and once you get some drinks in Lace she opens up, just meaning she got into her checklist. Five shots in like 10 minutes is crazy and most of those girls did that. Its always great seeing other people get drunk. The night ended with dancing for everyone except me...I'm saving that for the wedding..just kidding. All in all had a great weekend but didn't take any pictures which is crazy since I took my camera and lost it but found it. Thanks Brandi for planning a great weekend and thanks Dan for asking Lacey to marry you!
This weekend its just me and the girls. Scott is with Chris fishing at Antelope Lake. We are half way through it and its been a little challenging considering Izze dropped a huge rock on her toe and the nail fell off. It was very tramatic for both of us and Michaela too. It was really hard cleaning it and getting a band aid on it with just me. Its looking good but Izze is very cautious of it. She cries everytime I check it and doesn't want her sock taken off. Yesterday she was limping around but today she is full speed again. We went to the Arcata Farmers Market today and she was have a great time. I have never felt so out of place as I did today in Arcata. I even had my reusable bag but its just a different lifestyle up there. All three of us looked like visitors! Plus no fruit so that sucked! Anyway I guess thats a long enough blog. Next weekend everyone comes up here for Avenue of the Giants, wish us luck...Elaine and I are running the 10k and Amanda the half marathon! Of course I will post afterwards!
