Yesterday we headed to Centerville Beach since the weather was sort of nice. It has been really windy here lately but we still decided to go. The ocean was really rough as you can tell in the pictures. We brought some snow equipment so we could pull the girls around. Izze loved it and wanted to be in it the whole time. Mickey loved playing in the sand and tried to build a sand castle. We saw a harbor seal pup on the shore and we concerned for it but later saw signs saying its a natural process that mothers leave their pups on shore to get food and to rest. Good thing because we didn't really want to get involved in the whole process of getting help out there. We stayed for about an hour and then continued our drive and found a new place to go hiking. Its a nice hike down to Lost Creek where would be a great place to catch some perch fish! Today it is raining buckets, so its a laze Sunday here.
On a sad note, it looks like my cat of 18 years, well 19 in may, has left our house. He got out in the front yard and usually comes back but hasn't come back this time. It has been since Thursday, so things are not looking good. I'm sad because I have had him half my life but I know where ever he is he is in a better place. The sad part is that Michaela loved him and keeps looking for him everyday. So now we only have Trinity who doesn't like any of us right now especially the girls. She leaves the yard every time we go out...she is really scared of Michaela. So where ever you are Ming Chow, I hope that you enjoyed your life with us and I will miss ya buddy!

Poor Ming! He was a good old cat! Love you jamie!
My condolences on Ming Chow-mein I know he was with you through important times in your life. From the photos it looks as though you found a cool new play spot. I can't wait to visit Centerville beach and Lost Creek trail this summer.
