Last weekend over Labor Day we headed to Trinity Lake. The drive was ok we had some crying but it was fine. We stayed at the KOA on Trinity Lake, I know what you are thinking KOA but it was great. It had a swimming pool, playground, close to the lake, and a great camping spot. We went out on the kayak first, then swimming pool, and playground. This trip was all about the kids and they had a great time. Mickey had a hard time Saturday night so we headed out the next day. We went to the dam and it was a lot of fun. We got home at 10 on sunday and the girls went to bed right away...best way to travel.

What cute little people! Sounds like you found a perfect campground for the girls.
I love the dresses too!! I've stayed at KOA a few times and had nothing bad to say about it. I think it's great with kids because they have a pool most of the time and the ones that I've been too even had a little petting zoo :)
Looks like you guys had a good time, despite Mickeys tantrums! Cant wait til we can all do a camping trip together!!
Those cherubs are growing up SO fast. I love that your family time together is camping and fishing. They will remember these trips for their whole lives! And I love the adorable dresses too!
