Thanksgiving this year was a blast. Who knew we could travel with the girls! The trick as many parents have found out...playing a video to keep your kids occupied. The girls love it and we love it because its actually quite. Its the only time that us parents have to talk. Chico was a lot of fun. Elaine, Ross, and I ran a 5k, where I beat my last time by a whole minute...34:47. Of course Ross and Elaine did great as usual. Now I think I am training for Avenue of the Giants which is in May. That will be a 10K so we will see if I can do it. Looks like we might have a group join us for that! After Chico we headed to Fair Oaks to see friends. Scott finally got to hunting with Anthony and Dan, he actually got to shoot his gun! Then we had a great dinner with friends and breakfast the next day at the future Jones house. Before heading back we headed to Davis to see the rest of the family. Kurt is so big and Karl is such a great kid. Both are adorable and we hope to be seeing them again soon. loved seeing the ellsmore's again. The girls are sooo freakin' cute, and we love seeing them grow! Yes, i can't wait for Ave of the Giants!! 10K here we come!
