Blossom Run

It finally came, the race that is! Everyone was here to watch us and compete. I thought I was a competitive person but no its Jen and Travis! They kicked butt in the race, as well as Elaine and Ross! Lacey and I finished together only because she was having a little trouble breathing. Some of us had personal bests, which included Elaine, Jen, Travis, and me! Ross and Elaine both finished first in their age groups and Jen finished third in her age group. Nice job my friends!
Lacey telling me I can finish! I was dying, I guess thats what happens when you don't train. Both of us had not run in a very long time! She did great even though she struggled in the beginning!

Elaine sprinting to the finish. Look at the guy behind her trying to keep up.

Favorite picture of the day!

Our gang after the race!
I think we are going to try to do this type of race every 2-3 months but in different locations! We need to start searching for the next one and this time Brandi will compete with us.
After the race we played alot of Wii, both Rock Band and different games. We were going to go out but decided to stay in where Lacey taught us a really cool card game. We played it the rest of the night as we drank alot of beer!
Sunday everyone left and guess what!!! Michaela took two steps multiple times throughout the day! Our poll was who would walk first...I guess steps work but they both have done that...but I will give it to Michaela...so who ever voted Michaela you win! I really believe that Isabelle will walk soon once she sees that Michaela can do it!

Great update & good pics. In 2-3 months those bugaroos will be running with the pack.

I am just not sure I can believe that those two itsy bisty, teeny, tiny baby girls are going to walk already!!
Next year they'll want to run with you!
It seems like such a long time since I've seen them and it was only Christmas. I'm coming up the 2nd week of April for a short turn around. Hopefully I'll get to see you all then!
Love,
