The past two weeks have been really crazy around here. We went down south to visit some family and friends. My dad finally got to meet his granddaughters which was a lot of fun. Doesn't he look happy!!
Then Tracee my niece, so their cousin, not aunt, got to meet the girls.
We did some swimming in the pool at my mom's complex. Good times at the pool. I'm glad that I got to go into it one more time. My mom and I had some good times there.
Today we went to the flume up by Butte Creek with Elaine. She is showing us some many things here. The girls had a good time.
To top off our day we went fishing in the creek by our house. Its about a mile away. We bought a small fishing rod, hopefully you can see how big it is. I caught a small bass the first time and then coming back for a second round I caught this one. It was amazing and Scott and I worked together to reel it in. Tomorrow we are off to the middle fork of the Feather River to fish for trout, while Elaine watches the girls. Should be a fun day.
